Welcome to Enersee

If you are reading this, your account is set up and your data is on its way in. This article walks you through the first steps to get familiar with the platform and make sure your team is ready to use it.

Step 1: Log in

You will have received a welcome email with your login credentials. Head to the Enersee platform and sign in. If you have not received your credentials or the link is not working, contact your Enersee Customer Success contact directly.

⚠️ If your meter data is not yet visible, your onboarding may still be in progress. Check with your CS contact on the expected go-live date for your sites.

Step 2: Get familiar with the platform

Once you are logged in, take a few minutes to explore the main modules:

  • Portfolio overview: your top-level view of all buildings and meters, with consumption summaries and data quality indicators

  • Anomalies: the list of detected behavioural changes across your portfolio, prioritised by impact

  • Projects: where you track the energy impact of specific interventions across your sites

  • Dashboards: your reporting layer, with standard dashboards for data quality and benchmarking available out of the box

Not all modules may be active from day one. Anomaly detection, for example, requires at least 9 months of historical data before baselines can be trained. Your CS contact will let you know when each module becomes fully operational for your account.

Step 3: Set up your team

Enersee works best when the right people have access to the right data. Before you start using the platform in earnest, make sure your team is set up correctly.

There are three main roles in Enersee:

  • Admin: full access to all settings, user management, and configuration

  • Energy manager / analyst: access to all data and modules, can triage and manage anomalies and projects

  • Reader: read-only access, suited for stakeholders who need to consult reports or dashboards

Invite your team members via the user management settings and assign the appropriate role for each person.

πŸ’‘ If you plan to use the three-line defence model for anomaly management, make sure your 1st line energy manager and 2nd line facility contacts are set up and know their responsibilities before you go live. See the article on anomaly detection best practices for guidance.

Need help?
